For UK customers purchases of £39 and less parcels will be despatched using Royal Mail recorded delivery. For purchases over £39 parcels will be despatched using Royal Mail special delivery. This is to ensure all parcels are tracked and insured whilst in transit, a proof of delivery will be requested. International customers - parcels will be despatched using the most economical and effiecient method of shipping dependant on the weight - Royal Airsure or similar forms of shipping will be used. Items will be insured with proof of delivery requested and tracked whilst in transit. If an alternative form of shipping is required please contact the Boutique in advance.
